Valet Trash Service Policy

1. Service Overview

Our valet trash service is designed to offer residents a convenient and hassle-free way to dispose of their household waste. This service is provided [five days a week, Sunday through Thursday], ensuring your home remains clean and your surroundings clutter-free.

2. Service Schedule

• Collection Days: Sunday through Thursday

• Collection Hours: Starts at 8:00 PM

• Trash Removal: All trash bags must be placed outside your door between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM on collection days.

• Container Retrieval: All containers must be brought back inside by 9:00 AM the following morning.

3. Trash Disposal Guidelines

• Approved Bags: Only trash contained in securely tied, leak-proof trash bags will be collected. Bags should not exceed 50 pounds in weight.

• Prohibited Items: Do not dispose of hazardous materials (batteries, chemicals, paint), large or bulky items (furniture, appliances), or sharp objects (needles, glass). Such items must be disposed of separately following community guidelines.

• Recycling: If recycling services are offered, recyclable materials must be separated and placed in designated recycling containers.

4. Trash Placement

• Designated Location: Trash must be placed directly outside your door in the provided container or in a neat, orderly manner. Bags left in common areas, hallways, or on stairs will not be collected.

• Secure Lids: If using a container with a lid, ensure the lid is securely closed to prevent pests and spills.

5. Service Fees

• Lost Items: The service provider is not responsible for any items mistakenly left out as trash.

10. Privacy and Security

• Authorized Personnel: Only authorized valet trash service personnel will handle your trash. They are trained to respect your privacy and property.

• Surveillance: For your safety and to ensure compliance, surveillance cameras may monitor common areas. Footage will only be reviewed in the event of a policy violation or security concern.

11. Service Changes and Termination

• Policy Updates: Residents will be notified at least [30 days] in advance of any changes to the valet trash service policy

• Termination: Management reserves the right to terminate valet trash services for any resident who fails to comply with this policy.
