1. Service Schedule:

• Days of Service: The service is usually provided on specific days of the week, often five to seven days.

• Pick-Up Time: There is often a designated time window (e.g., between 6 PM and 8 PM) when residents must place their trash outside for collection.

2. Trash Guidelines:

• Bagging Requirements: All trash must be securely tied in approved trash bags. Loose trash or open containers are typically not allowed.

• Weight Limits: There may be weight restrictions on the bags (e.g., no more than 50 pounds per bag).

• Prohibited Items: Certain items, like hazardous waste, electronics, bulky items, or sharp objects, are prohibited.

3. Placement of Trash:

• Designated Area: Residents are required to place their trash outside their doors or in a specific container provided by the We Valet Trash services.

• Timeliness: Trash must be placed out within a certain time frame (e.g., after 6 PM but before 8 PM). Leaving trash out at the wrong times may result in fines or service disruption.

• Container Storage: Containers or bags must be brought back inside by a specific time (e.g., by 9 AM the next day).

4. Service Fees:

• Monthly Fees: There is usually a monthly charge for the service, either included in the rent or billed separately.

• Late Fees: Late payments for the service may incur additional fees.

5. Resident Responsibilities:

• Compliance: Residents must comply with all guidelines regarding trash disposal. Non-compliance can lead to penalties, fines, or discontinuation of service.

• Cleanliness: Residents are responsible for keeping the area outside their door clean and free from spills or leaks from trash bags.

6. Service Exclusions

• Non-Collection Days: Service may be suspended on certain holidays or weekends.

• Excessive Trash: If a resident generates excessive amounts of trash or violates weight limits, they may need to dispose of it themselves or arrange for special pick-up.

7. Service Changes or Termination:

• Notification: Residents will be notified in advance of any changes to the service schedule or terms.

• Termination of Service: The service can be terminated for reasons such as nonpayment, repeated violations of the terms, or if the resident moves out.

8. Liability:

• Damage or Loss: The service provider is usually not responsible for any damage to property caused by improper trash disposal or for any loss of personal items.

9. Privacy and Security:

• Access: Only authorized personnel from We Valet Trash service will handle the trash.

• Surveillance: Some services may employ surveillance to ensure compliance, though privacy concerns are typically addressed.

10. Service Coverage:

• Scope: The terms may specify whether the service covers all units in the property or if it is optional.
